If you have a history of admission to hospital, bring a summary of your previous case
Upon admission, all personal medicines must be brought and used in accordance with the opinion of the department nurse.
The companion must bring the patient's additional personal belongings home and he can bring it to the patient upon exit from the hospital.
Determining the need for a companion is limited to the head of the department, and issuing the accompanying card is related to the reception department only.
Patients' personal belongings (tissue paper, toothbrush, toothpaste, thermometer, slippers, and ...) must be purchased at the time of entry in a special bag.
The female patient must bring a female as a companion , and the male patient must bring a male as a companion.

The patient's food and fruit juice should be placed in a colored bag with the patient's name written on it in the refrigerator.
